Beti is an advanced, cloud-based platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on construction sites. Beti rapidly grew and developed into a comprehensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced full time sales manager representative to join our ‘Construction Digital Revolution’.  The Candidate will drive our growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities and play a strategic role in our continued expansion. You will be working among the best talents in TLV in a fast-paced startup environment.

About The Role
  • Identification and Prospecting for new business opportunities working closely with Sales Development teams & Sales management & customer success
  • Developing a sales pipeline to ensure achievement and exceeding of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecasting opportunities
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge
  • Excitement and passion for closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
Requirements
  • 1+  years proven track record in winning strategic new business/new accounts.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Experience with effectively managing the sales cycle across target accounts, opportunity identification, qualification, negotiation and closing.
  • Bonus points for experience working at SaaS company
  • Maintain a high level of strong daily activity via email, LinkedIn, phone, or at events (virtual or in-person).
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to build a pipeline and consistently achieve monthly targets.
  • Proactive; curious; quick learner; able to work independently.
  • Winner: Ambitious, tenacious, persistent, goal-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
