Beti is an advanced, cloud-based platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on construction sites. Beti rapidly grew and developed into a comprehensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

We are looking for a Controller to join our Finance team, reporting directly to VP Finance. In your role as a Controller, you will make a significant contribution to the company's growth. You will be responsible for the company’s financial planning, reporting and controls, business strategy, cash management, accounting, auditing, and taxes. You will work closely with all departments implement processes and analyse financial metrics.

The ideal candidate must have a proven experience as Controller in SaaS Companies, with a passion for numbers and IT systems, that can be a business partner to other stakeholders in the organization.

• Manage all monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings, including account reconciliations, accrual schedules, and general journal entries, ensuring that reconciliations are performed accurately and on-time
• Cash flow control includes billing, collection, payments to vendors, and ongoing communication with banks
• Assist with the day-to-day finance operations
• Manage Israeli and foreign subsidiaries' payrolls
• Manage cooperation with the company's auditors on the annual audit and tax (Israel and US) filing
• Manage 1-2 bookkeeping functions
• Help define and analyses reports and processes to measure metrics and KPIs
• Participate in implementation of finance-supporting systems
• Ad-Hoc projects

• 1-3 years of experience post internship as a controller in a High-Tech / start-up company (SaaS experience preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with US GAAP and IFRS
• Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within the company (Sales, Marketing, Product, VPs, and more)
• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – high-tech department
• Proven experience in managing NetSuite - Advantage
• Curious, proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done
• High proficiency with Excel
• Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills
• A true team player willing to work under pressure
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking) – Mandatory
