Beti is an advanced, cloud-based platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on construction sites. Beti rapidly grew and developed into a comprehensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced full time Marketing manager representative to join our ‘Construction Digital Revolution’. We are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Marketer to join our team! As part of the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow by telling the company story through various channels, and by running effective marketing campaigns. You will be working among the best talents at the TLV office in a fast-paced startup environment.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will take full responsibility for digital and social media, PR, conferences and events. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

the role is for both US and Israeli market (TLV based position).

Requirements
  • 3-5  years experience in B2B marketing in a global tech company 
  • A storyteller by heart - driven by addressing any audience with relevant messaging
  • Proven experience building a marketing strategy, managing marketing budget, marketing tools etc.
  • Knowledge of innovative, technology-based marketing and advertising tools to promote business, including Social Networks.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, analyzing and reporting - a must
  • Experience working with a software technology company - mandatory 
  • Experience working with social platforms 
  • Experience in organizing conferences and events (round tables, marketing conferences, professional conferences) 
  • Fluent English - a must.
  • Ability to work independently and excellent human relations and Team Player
  • Ability to collaborate with our sales teams to develop new strategies to build a pipeline and consistently achieve monthly targets
  • Creative, Initiative, Analytical, Highly organized
  • Relevant academic education.
