We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing product team.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

• Design and deliver end-to-end product flows/UX/UI that translate big abstract ideas into concrete solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, R&D, and business stakeholders to ensure Beti is building the right solutions that address the highest-order needs of both our business and users
• Define simple and elegant solutions for complex problems, creating friction-free experiences
• Be a fierce advocate for best-in-class UX/UI across the entire design lifecycle of our products
• Map user flows, design, prototype, test and iterate on new features and products prior and post launch
• Design and maintain interaction patterns and libraries

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience building and shipping products throughout the entire (UX and UI) product design cycle at a product company
• Proficient in visual design and aesthetics, including typography, color, layout, as well as mobile and desktop UI
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, communicate efficiently and share ideas early on in the product design process
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Strong skills and knowledge of Figma
• High level of written and spoken English
