Beti is an advanced construction management platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on the site.
Beti rapidly grew and developed into an extensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR) to help us grow the business. You will be working among the best SDRs in TLV in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a strategic role in our continued expansion.

About The Role
  • Owning the inbound/outbound sales process, including researching, qualifying and identifying opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn campaigns and more creative methodologies.
  • Accurately log, track, and maintain records using our CRM.
  • Book introduction calls for our Sale Account Managers(BDR).
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Service existing accounts / upselling.
  • F2F meetings with clients.
Requirements
  • Work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Natural and highly effective relationship / client development skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
