We seek to explain to you in the clearest waypossible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have inrelation to it. Name and Contact Data
We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phonenumber, and other similar contact data.

Credential Data
We collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used forauthentication and account access.All Data that you provide to us must be true,complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Data.Dataautomatically collectedIn Short: Some Data – such as IPaddress and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automaticallywhen you visit our Sites.

If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account *(such asyour Google or Facebook account), we use the Data you allowed us to collectfrom those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.

We may use your Data to send you product, service and new feature informationand/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

For other Business Purposes.
We may use your Data for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis,identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotionalcampaigns and to evaluate and improve our Sites, products, services, marketingand your experience, including transitioning Data into De-Identified Data.

Google API Data
Beti's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to anyother app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy,including the Limited Use requirements.3.Will your data be shared with anyone?In Short: We only share Data withyour consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfillbusiness obligations.
We mayprocess or share Data based on the following legal basis:

Consent: We may process your Data if you have given us specificconsent to use your Data for a specific purpose.

Legitimate Interests: We may process your Data when it isreasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.

Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contractwith you, we may process your Data to fulfill the terms of our contract.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your Data where we are legallyrequired to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmentalrequests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as inresponse to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to publicauthorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).

Vital Interests: We may disclose your Data where we believe it isnecessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potentialviolations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potentialthreats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence inlitigation in which we are involved. More specifically, we may need to processyour Data or share your Data in the following situations:

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers.
We may share your Data with third party vendors, service providers, contractorsor agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access tosuch information to do that work. Wewill only keep your Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes setout in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required orpermitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). Nopurpose in this Policy will require us keeping your Data for longer than 6months past the termination of the user’s account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Data, we willeither delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, becauseyour Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store yourData and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.7. Howdo we keep your data safe?In Short: We aim to protect yourData through a system of organizational and technical security measures.Wehave implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measuresdesigned to protect the security of any Data we process. However, please alsoremember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.Although we will do our best to protect your Data, transmission of Data to andfrom our Sites is at your own risk. Dowe collect data from minors?In Short: We do not knowinglycollect Data from or market to children under 18 years of age.We donot knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. You can exercise this right by clickingthe “Unsubscribe” or “Opt-Out” link found in these communications.5.   The right to not besubject to a decision based solely on automated processing, includingprofiling, known as Automatic Decision Making. Please note that we currently donot employ any Automatic Decision-Making processes in providing the Services.6.   The right to submit acomplaint to any applicable regulatory authority about our processingactivities.7.   The right to opt-out ofus sharing (as defined in the California Privacy Rights Act) your Data,including for direct marketing purposes, subject to certain legal exceptions.
We mayuse additional processes to verify your identity before we reveal or delete anyof your Data, including two-factor or two-step authentication measures toensure we can identify you.

This list may not include all of your rights under applicable laws. If youbelieve you have additional rights, please contact us using the methods in thisPrivacy Policy.

Further, although we currently do not process Data without consent, if we atany time in the future process Data without your express consent, you mayopt-out or withdraw consent at any time.

Please note that exercising any of the above rights may limit or eliminate ourability to provide you our services. If so, we may terminate our services dueto such requests.

We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.Upon receipt of your written request, we will provide you with a copy of yourinformation, although in certain limited circumstances we may not be able tomake all relevant information available to you, such as where that informationalso pertains to another user. In such circumstances we will provide reasonsfor the denial to you upon request.

Please also note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related emailsfrom us, we may still send you messages for administrative or other purposesdirectly relating to your use of our services, and you cannot opt-out fromreceiving those messages while continuing to use our services.

A. Privacy for EU/UK Residents
The Regulation (EU) 2016⁄679 (General Data Protection Regulation) madeeffective in Europe on May 25, 2018 (“GDPR”) requires that we clearly describeto data subjects the data we collect and how we use that data. Pursuant to the GDPR, residents of Europe have the right to obtain ourconfirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to them inthe United States. Further, if you are a resident of the United Kingdom (“UK”), to the extent theGDPR as incorporated into UK law pursuant to s.3 of the European Union(Withdrawal Act) 2018 (as amended, the “UK GDPR”) is different than the GDPR,we will follow all supplemental requirements under the UK GDPR and you have allrights as a UK citizen under the UK GDPR.

B. Privacy for California Residents
California adopted the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), which tookeffect at the beginning of 2020 and has now adopted the California PrivacyRights Act (“CPRA”), portions of which take effect January 1, 2022. We complywith the requirements of the CCPA and CPRA and all other applicable dataprivacy laws to the extent they apply to us.

If you are a California resident, you may request to exercise your rights forany Data we have processed in the 12 months prior to your request. Such requestcovers any categories, sources, purposes, and, if applicable, third parties towhom we share the Data. Further, you can exercise any of your rights free ofdiscrimination, for example, we cannot increase the price of the Services ordecrease the quality of the Services because you exercise your rights.

Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the Data in your accountor terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact informationprovided.Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate ordelete your account and Data from our active databases. However, some Data maybe retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist withany investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legalrequirements.
